Yes, it's possible to delete videos which weren't access for the certain time (it already done for photos), but for videos it isn't recommended, because next time when video is accessed which has no processed videos it will not be transcoded on the fly and user will not see the video, only after some time (when it will be transcoded again) video will be available, but by this time most probably user will go to another page.
