May you please specify the size of this picture and parameters post_max_size and upload_max_filesize (can be checked in Studio ->Dashboard->Host tools -> server audit). Also, need to check max_execution_time value (it's possible to do in Control Panel of your server). Usually, it is = 30 seconds, so you may try to increase it too. BTW - did you try to upload another picture?
