I guess, you mean the Persons Meta menu, which can be disabled in the Studio->Navigaion->Persons area. But if this is not what you need then could you please make a screenshot with the wanted area?

  This is what I mean. For my community, I don't need the ability for people to like profiles. I can hide it with CSS. Disabling systematically would be better.

  Ok, then it can be disabled in the Studio->Navigation->Persons->View Actions menu.
