If you don't see this Talk on Messenger page then there is no messages yet in this talk, thus have no participants, because participants are added only when they post at least one message. If you are not a participant, then you can see the talk on Messange page. Also it is possible to delete this talk from page with block, but after page reloading talk will be recreated.
