Hello Luke!

As UNA allows to have several profiles from one account you need to check the situation with your users under PC and mobile first, may be there are 2 different profiles there. It may be checked by looking at top-right menu. There is shown your current profile at present moment, so it's possible that PC account doesn't have enough rights.
