In our Antispam app https://unacms.com/view-product/antispam you may setup the Profanity filter with the bad words list.

About your second question - you may create the profiles with those name by yourself and upgrade them to the necessary level(s). Then new "intruders" with have another URL (with some symbols addon like admin-011) and the standard levels which will show them as the usual users.
