Before you do anything, check with TMD hosting and get their advice. This may save you valuable time because they have their own way as most servers do. Once you have an account with them open a ticket and explain what you want to do. Or consult them if you do not have an account but desire to have one. I am sure they will be eager to help you. If you do it yourself before consulting them, you might use a compressed file type that they do not prefer. That is one other reason why it would be sensible to consult them.
