That's correct, there is no interface for managing disposable email domains, please note that this list is regularly updated, so if you've added something manually it will be overwritten, to make it permanent make sure that you adding new record to `bx_antispam_disposable_email_domains` table with 'custom_blacklist' value in `list` field.
