Hello, i don't have access to my studio currently cause my computer decided to go on vacation by crashing on me, so i have to fix it. If i remember correctly, you probably are uploading a video that it's not supported, if that is the case, go to studio > video and where it mentions all the extensions that are supported, enter the extension of the video file, then save.
