  • Hi all!

    You may use the following set of actions:

    1) The user sends the request to the admin: "I want to withdraw 100 credits".

    2) The admin replies about the way (where and how) with this user in Messenger.

    3) The admin sends the money via agreed way.

    4) On the site, admin confirms about sending the specified sum and this action reduces the proper number of credits for the user.

    As you see the points 2 and 3 are made outside of the Credits app.

    • How does point (4) work then?  Where can admin deduct credits from a members account assuming a request is made and agreed upon?

        When the user clicks here

        and you get the success message., there is no email received by anyone...not admin, not the user no one.

          Admin and members may agree via any way - via Messenger or Conversation modules for example. And then yes, admin will setup the withdrawal rate.
