I don't get it :(

I can see how to manage the moods, how to publish a new mood, but I can't see how to put the actual way for the person to quickly change their mood or view thier mood? So of a person wants to say they are happy, how do they actually do that because all of the blocks seem to be only to manage or post new moods I presume by admin. So how do I see the end result?
