Not quite. I want to have autogenerated links that everyone can see, but they'll only appear on profile pages with a specific level

  Can you describe example, please? Your explanation is confusing:) for me - you can change visibility of menu and blocks items. I'm clearly missing smthng in your explanation.

  For example, giving certain user levels blogging features. I would want all members to be able to see their blog, but the link and associated pages would only exist on user profiles that have that user level.
