For anyone reading this that hasn't done it before, you need to go to the app store and run a search for developer.

I have done everything and it all seems to be working good, everything shows as nzd except on the checkout page. Still shows as A$ and tries to charge as A$ with paypal. I've tried flushing the cache to see if that resolved it but still not playing ball. Any ideas on how to resolve this?
