MSolutions this appears to be caused by one of your products when someone visits a Timeline URL, similar to this one: #timeline-event-28796">https://una.com/#timeline-event-28796 the site does not load and it crashes. 

MSolutions we need some help from you to resolve this as it does not happen when we turn off Prettylinks and User Names
