Hi, always do a backup before an upgrade. Shared hosting is not a good idea, you will have lots of problems if you use shared hosting. Perhaps @Leonid S can help you. :) goodluck!! If you can, start over, also be careful if you upgrade from stable to beta, go to studio>developer>make sure on "update channel" it's set properly.
