Sorting by Last Active in Accounts administration wasn't working correctly before and slowed down this page loading, after the fix and remake we removed sorting by this field, since it isn't just a field which can be used for sorting, instead it's a bit more complex calculation, as the result sorting by this field isn't possible now.
