Thanks LeonidS.  However, when I pull up those fields in Forms->Fields->System->Create Account, not all of the fields are editable and even the ones that are don't have the option to show them or not to different levels like some items in UNA.  Am I looking in the wrong place?  We do have some customizations on the site, but I don't believe they're related to our sign up forms.
