• Show all items in Browse
• Show all items in Public Feed, including those posted in personal feeds
• Public Feed options:
• Include posts from personal feeds
• or Disable Feeds entirely
• ‘Hot’ Feed
• Enable or disable hot feed aggregation

• The “For You” feed consists of:
• Public feed
• Channels
• Hot feed
• Suggested friends’ feeds

Or you can use the Developer module to modify the specific fields you want directly.

This option lets you edit the database fields, forms, and parameters of the Timeline module for example, to rename fields, change defaults, or adjust visibility rules

These pages allow you to manage the Feed blocks and Timeline page layouts for example, enabling or disabling specific blocks, adjusting visibility, or customizing how timeline items are displayed on the home and item pages. There are several page and settings but it's not clear to me what exactly you want to do.
