    1. In Facebook connect settings, uncheck fetch extra information. and try again.

    2. If you want to fetch extra information  from Facebook with that option, you need to verify your website and app on Facebook.

     I'm not using Facebook connect at this time. I've answered based on my old experience.

    At that time I was unchecked that fetch extra info option. 

    • facebook individual verification is paused due to covid and them being out of the office mostly.

      your app also will not work for anybody but you unless it's live and not in 'development'

      you dont need the extra info, but it's nice if you want to auto populate gender, birthday and so on.
