I am expierienced Dolpphin user with PRO license. Both Dolphin and UNA are clever software. BUT... in my over 17 yrs web developer work I dont remember any other software more difficult to translate and to add/create/change a new language then DOLPHIN and now UNA (which on this area is even worst). Sorry BOONEX.

Creating a new language should be 'pres the button' job and all language phrases should be ready to translate right away.
