Friend, you said that you already created an app at FB, so you are about 90% done. The configurations for both are under settings, and then  choose either Facebook or Google, then enter your credentials. 

For Google you have to make sure to activate the Google+ Api at the cloud platform.

Did you made sure to install both apps? When you setup UNA, none of those will be installed automatically, you have to manually choose the modules you want to use, even the free ones. If you haven't done this, you will never find the configuration for them.
