i am not a lawyer.  maybe someone here is.
i took the DMCA notice that the-eye.eu uses on their internet archive site, and adapted that for my bitdrop.org site.
as far as this goes, i dont think its much of an issue unless you are selling access to that content, other than that, the internet is aware that things spread like wild pollen, and the issue is when you try to make money off someones content, not when its simply copied in small amounts, or embedded.
