If possible, could you please provide access to your UNA and server along with the DB to investigate the problem ?
Your team already have an operator login. Were you asking for shell as well? Or just a sql dump? For the purpose of testing, I can build a new server and migrate a copy of the dump over there - so its is totally isolated if that is helpful.

I have not heard back from ypu in messaging to provide you credentials to login... But as a side topic, I've done other research in terms of improving performance ... I've replaced some hardware (some SSD volumes). Improvement in OS, but no significant impact to Una.
