Resolved this. Installed url rewrite for IIS and used the import rules to import from .htaccess ! Thank you for all your support. Really appreciate your generosity

Installation: external HD Sever IIS/Windows10 and when I go to the studio page I get this

but none of the links work. Its looking for a create-account page in UNA folder. Is there a file called create-account or is it generated? I’m not super technical so any help is greatly appreciated.
