There's been many opportunities to take advantage of social media feuds. I have wanted to but waiting a year for UNA 13, the indefinite delay of streaming for people on UNA Cloud along with Jitsi video chat, waiting for 3rd party developers to update their mods... At best you'd have a barebones site that in no way could compete with either until UNA can provide the basics of a fully functional competing Social Media site.

2.) Jitsi Chat without forced to use Jitsi watermark

3.) A better way to facilitate 3rd Party apps when their developer goes MIA
