"Oops! An error occurred with blob file: wrong file extension"

Hi

I am a newbie and just installed 12.1 and cannot upload a profile pic or a cover photo. Click on "Upload and get following error "Oops! An error occurred with blob file: wrong file extension"

      Please specify - did you change something in the Storage area or in the Profile Add form? What file did you try to add?
