"Server audit" is not displayed in Studio

The TMD Hosting team performed a fresh installation of the stable version of UNA, 13.1.0
In the attached video you can see that a part of the page does not finish loading ("Host tools"). "Server audit" is what cannot be displayed.
Do you have any idea why that could happen?

I may suggest there is some forbidden PHP function that generates the error 500. PM me with the CPanel and Studio access, I'll check.

and it was fixed by enabling the shell_exec function
