Add New Menu Not Working in Developer app in 14.0.0-RC4

After a fresh install of 14.0.0-RC4, in the Developer application, the Add New Menu option does not work it shows a loading icon, but the menu is never created, no matter how long I wait. However, adding a menu with navigation builder works correctly.

I haven't tested this myself, as I only use Dev app to expose more controls than what is typically needed for extremely special cases.
However, enable the web browsers console and perform the action again to see if any errors (red lines of text) appear. If possible, include a screenshot of your findings.

Investigating this issue is not my responsibility; I simply reported that it doesn’t work. My site is correctly installed, and all modules function properly, except for a few issues I have already mentioned. It is up to the developers to determine the problem with adding menus using the developer module. Unfortunately, my time is limited, and I am unable to investigate this matter further. I am certain that the issue lies with the module itself, not with my installation.
