Add plus icon

Hello

My plus icon is missing from my site for people to add poll/discussion/photo ect. I have been all through the settings, I can not locate a way to bring it back. Can someone point me in right direction please

      Please specify what do you have in the "Icon" field for the "Add Content" menu point in this area [your UNA URL]studio/builder_menu.php?page=items&module=system&set=sys_toolbar_member ? May be it's enough to turn there "plus" word.
