Advance Member Moderation Module

Member self moderation would help take some of the burden off site staff in a community based site. It would be beneficial if someone would make a community moderator mod that:

1. Uses UNA reporting to maintain a history of members that abuse site term of service as listed in the report type list including post reference.
2. Sends message/email warnings on each violations including post reference to member and moderator/admim
3. Set up perimeters including: actions based on the number of each report type, and or total number of reports, number of day before reset to 0. Example: Reset set every 60 days. Member has 4 bad reports needing 6 for suspension at the end of 60 day period. Count get reset to 0.
4. Create a matrix based on x warnings that would determine to suspend member access to the site for x days including permanently. Example 2nd warning 2 days suspension, 4th warning 7 days suspension, 8 warning permanent suspension.
5. Warnings would include number of each report type and max limit for each and a running or count down total as a way to show how many infraction are left for specify suspension.
6. Have option to make it automatic or adjudicated by moderator/admin.
