After installation I got page without loading css. Please give solution

This error means that you've installed UNA to the domain with the "HTTPS prefix" but it doesn't have the SSL certificate. You may correct the URL in the inc/header.inc.php file, the BX_DOL_URL_ROOT contstant and the clear the content of the cache and cache_public folders.
