AppSumo automatic deploy does not work
Hello,
since I haven't received proper support in weeks now unpon multiple emails and support requests,
unfortunately I will have to escalate this and request full refund.
I purchased the license back in May so that I can get an automated deploy,
I followed all the installation steps and your product simply does not work as promised within the AppSumo License.
I went ahead and installed it manually instead
which is not what I wanted and paid for.
I will give it 24 more hours to receive proper support,
if not - I will have to leave a suitable review on AppSumo and raise issues to a higher instance.

Not working after instaling una 13 (why 13 at all?) and upgrading to 14 a I can not access settings and pages do not work, only studio and some apps O can access in the backend, please help asap @Alex T⚜️

Hi - after updating UNA 13 to una 14 pages do not work, error 500 - can you please fix it? I thought that automated deploy and updates will make it more certain to work? :/ Pages repport error 500.. please help @Alex T⚜️ Also I can not access the Settings - General page. I did update the url and dns record, it breaks the moment I hit upgrade to una 14. Should install una 14 right away, not 13, please update it for automated deploy to the newest version so it works, thank you!

Usually 500 error after update means that some modules are still old, after the system update, all modules need to be updated as well.
Also I'm updating Projects to automatically deploy Spacenook 14 instead of 13, thank you for noticing this.

@Ivy_SpEd Now Spacenook 14 is deployed by default, so you can redeploy from the scratch.

Hi @Alex T⚜️ how to make Jot Server worked, I tried literally everything from your guides, I thought it would be also auto configured, but it isn't? Please help, I am super stuck again :/

Could you please redeploy UNA from the scratch ? then you will be able to use Jot Server with SSL on 5443 port, so for example if your site is running on https://example.com, then you can put https://example.com:5443 in Studio > Messenger > Settings > Jot Server URL

After reinstalling and reuploading my logo, favicon etc. in the Designer settings, Spacenook favicon and name is still displayed in the top left, not replaced, can you please assist? I must have missed something but I surely uploaded all of the logo / favicon options in the Designe? Thanks in advance @Alex T⚜️ @LeonidS p.s. I did clear the cache.

Hey @Alex T⚜️ please check my other comment, Spacenook logo keeps overwriting my own uploaded even after reinstalling twice, can you please help sort it out?

I installed Protean template to see and it did overwrite it, but Artificer just keeps pushing Spacenook logo, super weird!

I recently installed una on a raspberry Pi 5 (16GB ram and 1TB SSD) running Ubuntu LTS Desktop. After putting in the admin password in the browser portion towards the end if the install I hit return and it ended my installation before I could put in my key and secret. I was able to login to my unacms account and get both and install them. I don’t know if there was some other vital information that was required, but here’s the problem. The patches I wanted to install (and spacenook) don’t appear in the Downloads folder in the APPS menu when I was logged in as administrator. Also, none of the apps appeared as well. When I logged out I was unable to log back in as the captcha doesn’t work. Can someone suggest how I resolve this? I don’t want to hire someone from Bangladesh or Pakistan to solve this. The idea of giving someone SSH access to my computer seems very risky. How can I get help with this? Thanks
