Can't download mods

I brought a Recipe mod from Jerome Mingo.  He has new updates now I can't download it.  It's ask me to pay again. Jerome recreated the license key but still not working.  He couldn't fix that problem.  I can download all other product from him.  Only, Recipe mod. Some can help from UNA please. Thank you
