Carousels not activating on posts lists (users, content)
I am having an issue activating carousel view on some of lists. Like users, and some content blocks. I want pretty much any list to be swipeable and pagination with the arrows. Is this possible?

Could you please specify your request with more details? What do you mean under the carousel? In what app you are working with it? The examples with the screenshots would be nice too.
