Changing Mod name links in sites

I know in Polygot we can change keys... But I noticed we can't change all of them like Mod names. One I would like to change is the Tik Tak Short Videos name. The links all say Tik Tak and I would like to have those link names change.

      It may be advisable to inquire with the app vendor to determine if any hardcoded elements may be present. As a point of reference, many Boonex modifications utilize Polyglot keys in similar circumstances.
