deleting account with contents
I had a spam account that we didn't approve. When I did "delete with content" option it says it will take a few minutes before deleting and then the profile was removed but the name and email are still showing (see image before). Of note, that since we didn't approve him, he doesn't have any "visible" contents. So, I am wondering if I should use "delete" and not "delete with contents" to get rid of him/her.
How to delete this account (and its contents if any!) completely from the site?

The "Delete account with content" action removes the account and all bound parts. If you still see the name and email in the accounts list then it means that this procedure has been interrupted on some stage. You'd better to check the error log of your server to clear this situation.
