Differences between feeds??

I see that there are five different walls: for you, feed, hot feed, channels and public.

Is the differences explained anywhere in the documentation? Can someone explain this to me?

but for example, what is the difference between normal Feed and 'For you'?

The "For you" block just includes the timeline content from the mentioned parts which may be enabled or disabled in the settings.
