Editing Countries List in Post and Ads

I want to edit the countries list in the Post and Ads post and search. I saw that somewhere in UNA but can't locate it now. I want to reduce the countries down to USA and its territories and maybe a few English-speaking countries, I primarily want to provide my site for USA users.

You may reduce the countries list via the Studio->Forms->Data List->System->Countries area. But this variant isn't "easy revertible."
