Emails with 'No subject'

Hello there
I currently use Mailjet to handle my website emails. Since emails are sent from the website, all have subject titles like "New notification on {Website}", "Profile activated" or something else but never without subject.
I just noticed on my report that I have emails without subject (No subject). How could this be possible? Am I been hacked? 😲
