Error after upgrade to 14.0.0-RC5: PRO Video APP are not publishing Videos

Using the Video PRO app to upload a video, produced a massive log file. See attached sys_transcoder.log PDF.

After submitting, It shows a message that it will be published once the conversion has been completed, but that never happens.

The sys_db.log is clean.
