Events created by members userA follows does not send notifications to userA

I believe this needs to be confirmed for groups as well

      Just to clarify- I get that userA should not receive updates or posts within the event if they haven't joined it, but if they follow the creator of the event- then at least they should get notified that the event was created and exists.
