Does FFmpeg Binary under the additional requirements have any kind of work around to use Cloud Server? Or would it need to be connected to a VPS?

If your hosting plan meets the UNA requirements https://unacms.com/wiki/requirements-overview then you may use it. The Ffmpeg is important for the video upload and processing at the first queue.

Yes, the FFmpeg binary can absolutely be used on a Cloud Server; it doesn’t need to be a VPS.
As long as your Cloud Server plan allows you to install and run FFmpeg (standard with OS-level access), it meets UNA’s requirements. In fact, a Cloud Server is often a more optimal choice because it typically offers better hardware redundancy compared to a standard VPS, which is beneficial for reliability.
