Help with 3rd Party Mod

It's been over a month now and still no help regarding a 3rd Party Mod I bought. Developer is MIA and email to UNA Support was never answered. I am on UNA Cloud so I can't hire someone to try and fix it either. My post isn't to bash developers but there needs to be some way to resolve this in a better way
