Horizontal Sliding blocks and menus

Can we get horizontal sliding blocks and menus for mobile view? Think of Timeline or Outline but instead of Vertical have it Horizontal. Also smaller size sliding blocks would be great also. For mobile view you could fit so much with smaller horizontal sliding blocks instead of trying to fit everything in these big blocks that need to be swiped Vertical just to get to profile timelines.
