For self hosted sites
- Login to your phpmysql and export your database and save that database file
- Login ftp or cpanel and go to file manager then zip and download all files
- If you are using any cdn like Amazon S3 then go to bucket and download all files
For UNA hosted premium sites

Thank you for following up. I am using an una cloud. Is there something easier. Also, how do I access my phpmysql on una cloud.

The clients with Cloud plans may do backup via the una.io->Dashboard page. In the Networks block find your Cloud site and press the Export button (see on the attached screenshot), then follow the next instructions.
