How to change profile buttons

I added buttons in profile field but they have different viewing when I'm looking at my own profile. I need to change this because it now has profiles with unfriend and unfollow yourself. How can I change how the buttons are arranged for viewing own profile and viewing someone else's. Basically certain buttons should be hidden when viewing your own profile.

      First of all, you need to specify this part: "I added buttons in profile field but they have different viewing when I'm looking at my own profile. " - where did you add those buttons? Because by default, the friend / unfirend button already installed in Persons app.
