Image Upload Glitchy

I have AWS storage setup and everything was working fine. Yesterday when I tried to update a profile picture it hung on a spinner. I refreshed and the image showed up so I figured it was a fluke, however, any time I try to upload an image in any module it is hanging up. Pictures and step by step in the comments.

Image selects and previews just fine, so I click Upload

The module closes and the image appears in the profile.

Refresh the page, and the image is broken

If I try to delete it, it does nothing until I refresh the page and then it's gone.
Similar happens when adding an image to a post. If I try to delete a post that has an image in it I just get a spinner. when I refresh the page the post is gone.
