Images are being deleted randomly from our UNA site!

uploaded images, profile images, logo

all are being deleted randomly

Any suggestions?

Folder permissions issue maybe?

I had this issue in beta versions which images lost after upgrading. in release issue has been resolved. transcoder images has some problems

Besides the mentioned causes (thnx, guys!) it may be the lack of resources like memory_limit.

Issue resolved. It was another test installation that was connect to same S3 api account.
