Is it possible to send a weekly newsletter to all my website members, if yes... How?

Hi, my website begin to look like i want.

But i want to ask if i can send a letter to everyone at a time, devide groups like paid and not paid newsletters?

If this is possible, can you tell me? Thnx.

Maybe there is a module for this. It's because i want that people look in the inbox instead looking in the Gmail or so.
