Is there a way to configure a site for Unauthenticated users to post and comment?

Our site has a Use Case for a scenario where a non authenticated user can scan a QR Code and see the profile of the user. We would also like that unauthenticated user to be able to comment and post on the profiles page. Is this possible?

when i am not wrong and nothing has changed, this is not possible, maybe with some custom work.
